WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
We offer remote business services, so while you will not meet your virtual assistant in person, you will have the opportunity of building a rapport with him or her online through video conferencing.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
We strive to keep a great work/life balance for our virtual assistants so they can dedicate their time to service our clients. Our assistants work normal business hours from Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST (to cover EST and PST timezones) and are off during the weekends. However, if there is a pressing matter that needs to be completed on the weekend or after-hours, you can always reach out to your VA for assistance.

Any time worked outside of business hours, weekends, and holidays are paid overtime hours at 1.5 times of the contracted hourly pay.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
We do offer bookkeeping services that can assist with compiling important tax information and documents. However, we do not professionally file taxes. We recommend speaking with a qualified tax consultant for these services.
