For the past six years, Courtney has worked exclusively in the ABA space — first as an operations consultant helping ABA providers build out their clinical and administrative infrastructure, and then leading and overseeing medical billing and coding teams for ABA service providers. She understands the complexity of ABA billing from the inside out: the payer nuances, the authorization cycles, the documentation standards, and the compliance requirements that can make or break a practice's revenue stream.
Courtney founded Heartspace with a clear mission: to give ABA providers the billing clarity and operational support they deserve — so they can focus less on paperwork and more on the families they serve.
